Statement of Faith
Must be in agreement with the STATEMENT OF FAITH of BCEC.

Ministry Involvement
Must be actively involved in a body of believers

Prerequisites
Must attend Track I

Entitlement
Completion of Track II entitles the individual to be assigned to a counseling team as a “Counselor in Training”.

Exceptions
Exceptions to any of the above requirements must be approved by 2/3rds majority vote of the Board of Directors of BCEC.
